i am 50 now and very lucky to be alive, at age 45 i found out i had stage 3 colon cancer,then 18 months later stage 4 colon cancer hit me,that was 3 and a half years ago,i am now trying to eat healthier and doing different exercises to keep me going,i did lose 60 lbs after the last bout of cancer but that was difinitly not a great way to lose weight,however i gained back 25 lbs,and need to lose it and tone up.sure am hoping this works.
