I think that you are doing great. Sound like you should be happy with progress to start with then co thine to wr on getting faster although 3.0 is pretty darn good after a stroke. Hey for you keep it up
hello Everyone: I joined this month and am well on my way to a fit and lighter body. I currently do 45-60 minutes of advanced walking interval training on a daily basis. I also do strength training every other day.
My problem is that I can't go as fast as I would like to on the treadmill due to balance reasons. I suffered a stroke on my left side a couple of years ago and I think that's part of the problem. I have gone from walking at 1.3 miles per hour and now am up to 3.0. Should I just be patient and wait to gain my balance back?
