I think swinging with Dean, etc.... is a great way to get the 10 minutes in. Thank you for the suggestion. I am just starting in the spark team. This will help me build some consistency.

GOt my ten today jumping with Mr Kenny Rodgers and the Oakridge boys too ahah

Walked on our land with granddaughter hunting bird feathers for 30 minutes

so total today

40 minutes

fl was warmer today minus wind dab cold

iF YOUR NOT HAPPY TRY TO AT LEAST MAKE SOMEONE ELSE HAPPY. THEN YOU CAN SAY, I LIVED TODAY.

Hi, bea here from Northwest Fl
Grandmother here so -
I work all day cooking, washing, cleaning for self and my tiny granddaughter . One would think housework would be enough. So, I get on my indoor trampoline set my timer to get ten minutes at least today for me. Wow it is hard to keep moving ten minutes doing real jump or
walk exercise. Must say i wondered if my timer had stopped haha

Hope to really do ten each day. Today i jumped , and
ended up walking to Mr Dean Martin. Tomorrow I be with Mr Tom Jones then Elvis so with such good company I should be able to do ten at least daily.
