Oh....I forgot to mention that just trying to exercise 10 min. a day usually turns into so much more. If I just tell myself I can at least do something each day for 10 min. it motivates me to move and then when I just get started I usually go longer and feel so much better.

Hi im new to the site and and am very excited about learning healthier living habits. Im 6 feet tall and about 255 pounds. My main goal is to get back under 200 pounds so i have alot of learning and working ahead of me . I hope to get good advice and support from these boards because ive never tried eating better or excercising at all really . So please if you have any good advice for someone starting from square one i would really appreciate it .
