That is an excellent way to wrap up 2011 on the threshold of 2012. I was so impressed by the 10 Minute A Day challenge. Imagine, just 10 minutes daily, consistently over time, being the basis for a real fitness program! If it had been "30 minutes a day" challenge, I wouldn't have even considered it. And now, months later, I AM able to do 20-35 minutes many days. Consistency is magic .. okay, well, maybe not magic but whatever it is it works!
You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.
