I wouldn't worry about gaining muscle. Muscle helps to boost your metabolism and helps to keep strong bones. I think that working on cardio with some strength training mixed in will help. The cardio is what helps to get rid of the fat and burn the calories!

i have a problem with my overweight and hope to lose weight very soon as i hate my shape ,i am not active one unfortunately, my biggest problem with my tooooooooooo fat arms and there is no suitable fitness program to reshape them without increasing the muscle
