I'm Char, and I'm 23. I've been on SP for a while, but I've never been able to stick with it. My goal is to start small, and gradually increase the length and intensity of my workouts . I'm aiming to lose 100+ lbs. I want to be healthy for myself and my family. And I want to able to have kids someday, but I can't at my current weight. I'm just going to do a little at a time, and build every week.
