Hi PIP789,

You've certainly got the right attitude! Little by little each day and before you know it, you will be doing 15 minutes and then 20!

One of the things I love to do is go take a walk after my Christmas meal- it always makes me feel better! Just getting outdoors and breathing the crisp, fresh air lifts my spirits!

Hello!,

I'm am trying to get fitter and healthier - but I'm incredibly bad and maintaining routines or focus...so I hope a little every day will be a step in the right direction! :)

Hi team! I'm new to commitments to workout for 10 minutes each day. I hope I can do it.

Getting off the couch burns more calories than sitting on it.
