Well I'm delighted to have found this team! 10 minutes is something I KNOW I can do without procrastinating or avoiding. And actually it's the first 10 minutes of exercise that are hardest for me, so once I get those in I will probably extend my exercising to 20 or 30 minutes. But telling myself I JUST have to do 10 minutes is a great motivator.
And it's not too cold down here in New Orleans, so a brisk little walk will be just perfect. :)
