First, don't dwell on the past. Second, start drinking water and walking. Hopefully some of that is bloat and the water & walking will help get rid of that. Start using up those calories and get back on track with eating.
Just make your next choice a healthy choice.

Boy, do I love Thanksgiving!
I tried to stick to my diet plan,but everywhere I went temptation was there. I even reverted to talking to myself "stay strong you can do this." My will came crashing down like a stack of cards when my aunt brought out that sweet,sweet, German Chocolate Cake...sad to say, but it started a four day eating frenzy, inwhich made my belly stick out like I swallowed the whole turkey.
If anyone knows of something to rid of this belly or any advice I gladly appreciate it.
