Hang in there! 10 minutes a day of walking on your treadmill will help, and there are also some seated exercises you can do. Check out some of the videos in SP where Coach Nicole deals with the upper body. You'll make it!
I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached in January 2011. I have stayed at 125 (give or take a few pounds) ever since.
Hi new to the team.. Right now I am pretty active but have trouble keeping it up. I joined this club in hopes that I will be able to commit to at least 10 minutes of exercise a day even if I know I can do more and then I can commit to more in the near future.

I am a 300 pound mom with a bad back. I recently lost 50 pounds, and then the weight loss just...stopped. Here's my issue with exercise. I can comfortably do a ten minute walk on my treadmill at 2 mph. But, I am always beating myself up over the fact that I just can't handle doing more than that. I have to be super careful with my back, and I also suffer from chronic fatigue, so having the energy to do more than that one mini walk every day is impossible. But I have a terrible habit of convincing myself that doing 10 minutes of exercise per day isn't going to do me any good...so, why bother? And then I quit. So...I need to hear that doing just 10 minutes a day of walking is "enough" to reap at least SOME health benefits.
