I might as well introduce myself too. I reached my goal weight in January but continued losing weight to the point where people are starting to worry about me. I hate exercise, but I'm wondering if building a little muscle will put more weight on me. I tend to find all sorts of reasons for not exercising so I need a little push sometimes.

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached in January 2011. I have stayed at 125 (give or take a few pounds) ever since.

Good evening, I hope you are all well and enjoying life. I've realised that my epicurean ways are all very well but it doesn't help the clothes fit. A while ago I hurt my back when a car hit me on my bike and it's taken me ages to get back to fitness (keep getting over-keen and impatient). At the same time my love of red wine and good food and enjoying food with friends and families continued unabated. I'm now getting fitter and looking to reduce weight before this becomes permanently me. Still love good food and wine though, so it's all a balance. Have a lovely evening, thanks for taking the time to read this.
