I don't have back problems, but knee and wrist problems and I have found that yoga is wonderful!! At first I hurt like crazy when I was done and could only do few mins at a time, but I worked my way back to being able to follow my 45 min video. It truly does give you more flexibility and strength. I try to do yoga 2-3 days a week, if not more. Becky

I am sorry to hear about your back. I know how difficult it can be when your back is working against you. I have had back problems in the past and there are still times that it acts up on me. It can just know you off your feet. All we can do is our best. If you take One Day At A Time you might just find yourself moving for quite a time.
Hi JacRen! You sound like me in more ways than one. I'm continuously giving up and starting over. I just joined the 10 minute fitness club with the hopes of consistently doing something everyday. I have one 16 year old daughter myself and have been trying to loose the same amount of weight ever since her birth. You and I also have about the same amount of weight we would like to loose. I'm on day 3. It would be awesome to help motivate each other. Stick with it lady!!

I have "re-started" my exercise routine to many times to count. I manage to get about 6 weeks in, and then it all goes out the window. Lately, it's not even been that long, as I have a bad back, and when it start acting up, I give up until I can move again. To the point that I have lost total motivation, though I Know I really need to do this. So, we'll see the 10 minute fitness club can get me going again....
