Do you have a front carrier? They are perfect for including an infant on a ten or 15 minute walk. They love it because they hear your heart and your body adds warmth. I have walked miles with my foster babies!!
now's a wonderful time to bond with your new baby...beautiful!! Exercise with the baby. I used to dance or lie on the floor and use the baby for weight for my arms, or put her on your legs and hang onto her tiny little hands and do leg lifts. Getting down on the floor and playing is one of the best energy burners!! Good luck, have fun, you can do it!!
