Hi Linsue74 - My name is Jeanie (52) and I live in Arizona with my husband and two dogs - three kids (boys) grown up and married with kids and I got in the rut of not exercising. The goal I'm trying to achieve right not is to walk/jog with my two dogs 3 evenings a week. If I can succeed in achieving this, I hope that my walk/jog with eventually turn into a jog only when I'm out with the dogs. I need to go tonight and I am already fighting excuses in my mind.... Hope to follow through. Good luck on achieving your goal. I started out with 3 mights out of 7 so I wouldn't feel bad if it wasn't more often. Even that small goal seems hard to me at this time. I just started this goal this week. Have a detailed computer job that often sends me home feeling like a zombie. The temptation is always there to just veg-out. Hope to hear more from you as you progress along - I'm new to the group and sparkpeople too!
