It took a while at 10 minutes a day but that is the start I needed to begin looking for other ways I could get moving during the day. It is a good start and doable. Just move and then move a little more. I believe you will succeed. Change it up and see how your body responds. You will start to see toning take place. This is an exciting time. You can do it! emoticon

I agree! It won't take long once get going, you'll want to do more and more. You may not think so now, I didn't either when I first started out, but I love it. The key is to find something you enjoy. Get going on that for awhile then seek other activities you might like.

I have always hated exercise, so I never did it. Someone told me about Leslie Sansone's walk at home/walk away the pounds. I enjoyed, now I love it, and I look forward to it. I never expected to see my figure again and get toned too.

Even when you don't feel like exercising, just get started for 5 min, you'll want to keep going and feel better afterwards.

I am committing to exercise at least 10 minutes per day every day! Why could I not do this right away? I joined in April and have only lost 13 pounds. I put off working out at every excuse! Tried to cut calories way down and my system just stopped losing! The weight loss is so slow I get very discouraged! Will try in earnest this time to move it and make weight loss faster!
