I agree! It won't take long once get going, you'll want to do more and more. You may not think so now, I didn't either when I first started out, but I love it. The key is to find something you enjoy. Get going on that for awhile then seek other activities you might like.
I have always hated exercise, so I never did it. Someone told me about Leslie Sansone's walk at home/walk away the pounds. I enjoyed, now I love it, and I look forward to it. I never expected to see my figure again and get toned too.
Even when you don't feel like exercising, just get started for 5 min, you'll want to keep going and feel better afterwards.
Deliver us from just going through the motions and help us heed your call. Breathe into us the restlessness and courage to do something new, something saving, and something true, that we may be agents of your love and grace and know in our bones what it means to be your people.
