Hi everyone - very new to this team - SparkGuy's 10 Minute Fitness Club. Decided today that I want to get more active in my life. Hope to walk and eventually run with my dogs every night or more realistically 3 days a week to begin with. Love reading the posts from everyone. Hi I'm melanie. I've been on spark since March, and I've wavered but need to get back into my workout routine. Hopefully doing 10 minutes a day will help get my consistency back so I can once again do my 1/2 hour - 1 hour days.
