I don't know too many people (I really can't think of anyone) who has ever been able to lose weight and then never has to think about it again. Life, often, has a way of keeping us from doing what we need to keep on track at all times.

Here I go again -- starting all over again! However, instead of being discouraged about this being my millionth (okay gross exaggeration) try I am going to pick myself up, dust my running shoes, make better eating choices and get on the right path to well-being. Not only will I feel better, but I will also be encouraging my family members to do the same. Sorry gotta go - have a gym appointment with my teenagers!
