I might suggest that you get a pedometer & start counting the steps you walk each day. Try to increase the number of steps by a little each day. You might be surprised how much exercise you can get without straining those knees. Take it slow & steady emoticon

Do what you can, when you can. It's pretty easy to work in just 10 minutes. You can walk or do strength training to help alleviate knee pain. Spark has exercise routine specifically for bad knees.

My knees are incredibly weak so anything above walking (like jogging, biking, etc) isn't possible yet. Yet! I'm hoping that I can lose enough weight and strengthen up my legs and knees enough to go biking.
