Hi, I'm Vicki...I've been a member of SP for several years, but have been at a standstill for almost a year now, after losing about 55-60lbs...depending on the day! I think my main problem right now is consistency in my exercising and eating. I'm not sure how all of this works, but really want to get consistent and try to get going again. I've seen how people post the day they are on and how many minutes they exercise. So what if I have to miss a day? Does the count start back at zero? Just trying to get an idea of how it works. Anyways...today I am here, and with God's help, walked 30 minutes. I will post my minutes in the other topic area where others have posted. Hoping this will encourage me to at least to the 10 minutes and even more!
