I am totally jazzed by this goal. I have always been a person who sets 10 minute goals for myself because that's about how long my attention span is. Once I get into something, however, I find I lose track of time and before I know it, I've studied or read or written much longer than I planned. I think the same thing can happen with exercise!
I live in Hong Kong with my sweetheart and two daughters, both adopted from China. We're both international school teachers and I'm a wannabe motivational speaker. I really enjoy inspiring young people to live their best lives and have fun!
In spite of a motorcycle accident a whole bunch of years ago that has limited the speed and agility with which I can do stuff, I am still a lover of fitness. We love walking/hiking (albeit slowly) in the mountains of Hong Kong, cycling, and trotting along our beautiful beach and mountain trails. (Tourists seldom see the beautiful and rural setting of HK in which we live; it's our best kept secret!)
Anyway, I am delighted to join this group, and I hope to be inspired by all of you and to do my part in helping you to get motivated as well.
