Welcome from Texas. I am so glad you have found this team. I just read a tip that 2 jumping jacks burn 1 calorie. There are about 3500 calories in a pound. for every 7000 jumping jacks you will burn 1 pound of fat. anyone for adding a few jumping jacks a day to lose a pound of fat. I am for giving it a try. 10 minutes a day is all it takes.

Live clean, eat clean.

Hi, everyone! I'm new to this team. I tried SP before but have always gotten overwhelmed trying to do too much too fast (like Couch to 5K...great for some people, but messed up my knees and realized I hated running!) I think this team will be "just right" because when I don't feel like working out, I can remind myself it's only for 10 minutes. I'm really looking forward to "meeting" you all!
