Hi, everyone! I'm new to this team. I tried SP before but have always gotten overwhelmed trying to do too much too fast (like Couch to 5K...great for some people, but messed up my knees and realized I hated running!) I think this team will be "just right" because when I don't feel like working out, I can remind myself it's only for 10 minutes. I'm really looking forward to "meeting" you all!
