Ya know, on past "diets" I woulda thot maintaining the weight was the entire game. After 10.5 weeks on SP, I have realized that the HEALTH is what it's about and the energy and positive outlook and hope and ... well, you know what I mean. Glad you are BACK!

Been on Spark for 18 months and got really close to my goal and then just stopped doing everything I was doing to get there. Have maintained my weight for 6 months, but not the energy level. Need this challenge for the motivation to not only reach my goal weight but to also get that Spark back!
