Welcome to the team and to SparkPeople. This is a great site. There are so many tools and resources that are helpful and easy to use. The trackers, especially the nutrition tracker, are my greatest ally. I make sure that I track everything I eat (even when I indulge.) The tracker helps to hold me accountable and has made it possible for the success that I have had so far.
The team is here to offer support and encouragement (or poking and prodding) on this journey of fitness.
Welcome! I followed instructions my first week by writing down goals and making them small, specific and measurable over time. I also tracked food and gradually increasing exercise. And I have been reading and posting and blogging ever since. I am still quite new (in week 11) but I gotta say - it works!
You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.
