Welcome to the the team and to Spark People. This site has so many great tools and resources that are so helpful and easy to use. I have found the trackers (especially the nutrition tracker) to be my greatest ally. I make sure I track everything I eat (even when I splurge) and all of my exercise. I am making better decisions, now, because I can see where the gaps, and overages, are so I can change each meal as necessary (though I do sometimes still miss the mark.)
The team is here to offer support and encouragement on this journey of fitness.
