Welcome to the the team and to Spark People. This site has so many great tools and resources that are so helpful and easy to use. I have found the trackers (especially the nutrition tracker) to be my greatest ally. I make sure I track everything I eat (even when I splurge) and all of my exercise. I am making better decisions, now, because I can see where the gaps, and overages, are so I can change each meal as necessary (though I do sometimes still miss the mark.)
The team is here to offer support and encouragement on this journey of fitness.

HI everyone, I've been meaning to get to grips with my weight and fitness for what seems like ages and I've finally made the start by joining this group. My main concern at the moment is that I'll be able to make myself keep up with my intentions!! I'm looking forward to getting (and giving) support along the way...
