Hello my name is Bonnie and I'm a recent returnee to spark people......I joined a few years ago, but fell off because of my too busy lifestyle or just plain no motivation......Anyway I'm back with the program now and I'm doing good and I am truly trying now.....I recently joined the gym and am starting the spark lifestyle.....I want to encourage my daughter through action not words to get healthy and fit.
