Welcome to the team and to Spark People. You have come to the right place. You are right there are so many so many helpful tools and resources that are so easy to use. I have found the trackers to be my greatest ally. Since I have been tracking my food I have learned so much about what I was doing wrong and how to correct. I make sure that I eat within my calorie range. I also track all of my exercise. I am now accountable for all I eat and what exercise I perform.
As for motivation, the team is here to offer support and encouragement on this journey. You never need to feel alone. We are all on the same journey so we should do it together.
I am going to start today. Ten minuts is not that bad maybe this will help me get motivated - baby steps ya know. I just had a little girl six months ago and I need to get back on track , I t seems like this site has a lot of good content to keep us all motivated. Motivation I need need, need, need, it!!
