I've been with Sparks since May but have this on again/off again relationship with exercise even though I know how much it personally benefits me. I have such a hard time just getting started...just keep putting it off. I'm hoping that if I make it a necessary part of everyday (even just 10 minutes) I'll develop some kind of an enduring habit. Last night I put it off until bedtime - thank goodness it was only 10 minutes. It's made me want to be sure to fit it in earlier today. Wish me luck!!
