Welcome to the team. It is understandable that you take it slow. It is not how fast we get to our goal. It is more important and an accomplishment to get started. Remember the journey is as important as the goal

Hi All,
I'm 52, live in Massachusetts. Recovering from a severe leg break that kept me on crutches for 10 weeks. So part of the challenge is just being able to walk again without any assistance. the other is, that after 10 weeks on crutches, I've improved my upper body strength (schlepping 259 lbs around all day is a good work out), and I've got one leg in really good shape... but the rest of me is out of balance. Now, to continue losing weight, and get my body back in balance. It'll take awhile, and I may start slower than most, but I think it's worth the effort. Just a few thoughts.
