Hi, Suzette. I am just going into Month 3 on SparkPeople but I feel really new. I love the support I get - I found all my SparkFriends by joining various Teams. Some Teams are really active, exchanging posts and Huddles and comments on eachothers' blogs, etc. Some Teams are not so active but share interests in common. I have a mix of both. I will probably drop one or two that don't really interact much. This one is helping me with my exercise streak a LOT. Exercise, especially in small segments, is turning out to be the key to consistent weight loss for me. So the 10-minute Fitness Club and the 10-minute Daily Exercise Challenge Team are mainstays. Hi I am new this week and picked a few groups that sounded interesting to me. If you don't mind, I will hang around awhile and see which groups are good fits for me and you. I picked 15 (they all sounded so interesting, I had to hold myself back!), so I think I will have to narrow my focus soon due to time constraints. So far, I feel very welcome here and am having a great time getting to know the site and a few new people.
