I have to agree, tracking your food is the best place to start. Before I joined Spark People I thought I was eating right.. Since I have started tracking I have learned how wrong I was. I have learned how to make better decisions. I make sure that I track with each meal so that, even when I splurge, I will now how much or what I need to eat for the next meal. I must admit that the trackers have become my greatest ally in this weight loss.
