New to the team. Need alot of help with staying motivated and trying to lose weight. Just started working full-time and do not seem to be able to fit in excersice. I need HELP.

I log in daily, usually more than once a day. I track my food and exercise every day and I post to the forums often. I have notifications turned on for new posts and whenever there are new replies to topics I responded to. It keeps me focused, motivated and encouraged. It's totally up to you how much time you have available. Do what you can and whatever you think is most helpful for you. It's a very, very flexible program.

Hey guys. I'm new to this website. I have previously used the android app and lovedd it. It is so helpful!!!
Anyways, this group seems pretty neat! Ten minutes a day! I'm thinking, since I work at a gym!(ironic huh??) My goal is to be at work early, and do the treadmill, elliptical, something!!!
Help me out though, do I post daily, weekly?? Where, when, and how does this work? I think it would benefit me so much!!
