I log in daily, usually more than once a day. I track my food and exercise every day and I post to the forums often. I have notifications turned on for new posts and whenever there are new replies to topics I responded to. It keeps me focused, motivated and encouraged. It's totally up to you how much time you have available. Do what you can and whatever you think is most helpful for you. It's a very, very flexible program.
