I have done the same. I usually also park far from the entrance thus giving me another walk (unless the weather is bad.)

Hello my name is Julissa and I am new to the this team. I do find doing 10 min at a time really work for me. I normally use my breaks at work for this. 10-15 min in the morning and the same in the afternoon. What about you, how to you do it?
