Hi Oona! I have been on this website for 1 year now and am just now getting around to using it. I have also started an exercise streak. I walk 10 minutes away from my house and then 10 minutes back each day. It seems like so little, but trust me, I am so out of shape that it is difficult to do. Just keep it up! I need a knee replacement but would like to lose at least 60 pounds before I do it so that keeps me going.

Hi Oona, yes I am hear anytime you need me. I signed up to SP about two years ago, but never really took advantage of the site, but now I am doing it, I've been here for three weeks and I love it. I can understand you and I am here to help. I do my best to do 10 min of walking on each one of my two breaks at work and if I have a one our luch, I use 1/2 hour to walk. You can start by doing that if it is possible. Remember
