You have come to the right place. This site has so many great tools and resources that are helpful and easy to use. As you use the tracker it will become 2nd nature. I personally have found the trackers to be my greatest ally.

The team is here to offer support and encouragement.

That's what I like about Spark people they help you to tackle these challenges (such as eating) and help you to make small changes that really add up to success. Keep going you will get there. I was just like you taking care of everyone except me. So I posted a sign next to my bed that states NO ONE IN MY FAMILY NEEDS ME MORE THAN ME. It is my daily inspiration to get up and workout in the morning. My goal as well is to start back running. As for now I feel better than I have in years.

I'm on my way with this life changing experience. I have started and stopped many times before, as soon as I lost 20 pounds I would stop and let being a working mom, wife, sister and daughter take over. This time I am going to be all of those things and still take care of myself. I had a physical in August and I was told and shown that I was just above the non-diabetic limit of 5.7 by .1. About a week later I started working out again, but still having issues with my eating habits, even though they have gotten a little better, like cutting back on the daily fast food, i still need help. That's one of the reasons why I joined the site so I can track my eating better. My goal is to become a runner, and be a healthier person over all for myself and my family.
