Welcome to the team. I know it can be difficult to get in the exercise that is so important. Remember the name of the the team is 10 minute fitness club. You can try breaking up your work out into 10 minute intervals. If you work you can do some on your break. If you are at home you can walk around the block for 10 minutes. If you do this 3 times during the day it is the same as a 30 minute continuous workout.
Hi everyone! my weakness is lack of consistency in exercise. I can write my "exercise appointments" in my calendar, but I don't do them. some time i do really good with my workout. ie: in August i did 1500 mins. workout. Than in Sept. i plan to do it the same but my health come on my way. I have some health problem that make me not to workout. Once i stop working out for 2 or 3 days than it is very hard for me to get back on the workout route.
