Aloha kakahiaka. Oh, never mind the kakahiaka - I missed morning already. Iʻm thinking I should be able to do 10 minutes, but I noticed, after reading some of the posts, that the 10 minutes get to be a lot longer once you get started. Getting started must be the point of this team. I think I donʻt have time to exercise today, but once I limit myself to 10 minutes - well, who canʻʻt do at least 10 minutes? and then keep going, but satisfied if I just go the 10 minutes - itʻs better than 0 minutes.
I found some great sites on youtube that teach zumba and salsa and I love to dance, so thatʻs going to be a good place to start.
