Hi I'm from NZ and I have just joined. I intend to work at meeting my weight goal. My main problem is not exercise its eating. So when I logged on and saw the nutrition guide, this is exactly what I wanted to monitor my calories. I'm at a good stage in my life now and my partner is very supportive, so I feel I can lose 10kg by November and keep it off. I regularly tune into NIcole and her upbeat workouts, so I'm ready for the challenge.
