Good work Nstarsmith. We all have to start somewhere. It is not how much we can do that counts it is that we are doing. As we get stronger we do more. Your 13 minutes is terrific.

Good Wednesday morning to all. Though I joined the 10 Minute A Day Challenge (and am keeping up fine) since fitness is a huge challenge for me, I thought I would join this team. It was in fact Spark Guy's book and his 10-minute-a-day challenge to himself that grabbed me and the reason I joined SP, so I think I can take another step. Have a number of physical issues that eliminate a lot of exercises, so I am still working on a "safe" list, but I am moving up over 13 minutes a day. About to get an exercise bike to up the aerobic minutes as well. I think several of the Team challenges are managable, so watch for me to post and Huddle!

Youll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.

Hi Everyone! ... My name is Kim. Been here before - needed a new start. I am hoping this time will be the time that my spark is re-lighted. :) I live in Toronto Canada with my husband. Don't have any kids but lots of stuffed animals. :) I am addicted to horror movies, facebook, hello kitty, black&white photography, reading, listening to music (all kinds), and apparently collecting stuffed animals. :)

I am a binge-eater, late night snacker, emotional eater, addicted to food (mostly sweets & high calorie stuff). :( The worse time for me really in the day/night is around 11pm. I guess I should really make sure to be in bed by then. (haha) I really need a lot of help to control my binge-eating and emotional eating. There are times that I just want to eat everything in sight.. and, sometimes I *do*.. & then totally regret it about 5 minutes later. :( I feel like I don't get very much support from home so that is why I am here. For support. I know that SP has a *great* support system .. because I was here for 10 straight months before. And, had a lot of great friends who stood beside me through the bad times AND the good times. :) SO.. I guess I'm just looking for that same kind of support now.. while I try to get back on track.

By re-joining SP - I am hoping to re-find my spark and make new (as well as get back my old) friends! Also.. I am hoping to get back on track. I've been off track too long and I am totally unhappy with myself. So - I am hoping to change all that. :)

Good luck with all of your goals... we can DO THIS. :)

PS: Also this being September 11th.. I would like to say that I am thinking (and praying) for all those who lost family and friends during the terriorist attacks on September 11th, 2001. :(
