I track using an app called GI Buddy for my discomforts and the SparkPeople food log to see what I ate.

Spark has a journal, if you look under My Trackers, Planner. That way you don't have to blog about the gross stuff. You can also track under your goals how you feel, or various things, and get reports. Check it out!

Good morning! I have had Crohn's for 25 years and am currently in remission. I had a small bowel resection in 2000. Since then I have had many different health complications and have come back to SP to document diet and other health data..

I wanted to know if anyone documents things like cramping, diarrhea, and pain along with their food logging. I didn't want to reinvent the wheel if anyone already has "food" entries for these things. I am taking an immune suppressant for another condition and do not have a handle on the foods that aggravate the Crohn's.

I will start using SP to document any GI symptoms I have. I am trying to keep all my logging in one place. Thanks in advance!
