I am brand new to this group. It is so nice to meet people who actually need to loose weight on this site vs people who need to gain weight.
I am currently in remission for a few months and enjoying to be able to eat foods I like, though I still need to limit my fresh foods & veggies. I am also on Remicade every 6 weeks, with diciclomine every day.
I also have a few other health issues that effect my ability to loose weight and exercise... though I have just joined the YMCA and have started to workout every other day. So I am hoping this facilitates my weight loss journey, along with eating right.
Was just diagnosed last week while in the hospital with lymphocytic colitis. Am trying to learn as much about this as possible. Just starting to learn what I can and can't eat. Right now I'm on a low fiber no lactose diet until the flare is under control. Also taking entecorte once a day and it seems to be helping. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
