I am brand new to this group. It is so nice to meet people who actually need to loose weight on this site vs people who need to gain weight.
I am currently in remission for a few months and enjoying to be able to eat foods I like, though I still need to limit my fresh foods & veggies. I am also on Remicade every 6 weeks, with diciclomine every day.
I also have a few other health issues that effect my ability to loose weight and exercise... though I have just joined the YMCA and have started to workout every other day. So I am hoping this facilitates my weight loss journey, along with eating right.
