I find that joining a challenge that involves team participation keeps me focused and on track.

Hi everyone!! My name is Kelsey and I am a mother of two wonderful, energetic boys!! This is now my 4th attempt at Spark people! I have tried and succeeded numerous time but have seemed to hit a plateau. I cannot stay on track. I am 5'6 and 237 pounds. I am only 26 years old and am terrified for my health. I want to be here for my children and see them grow. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me or tips on how to stay on track. I appreciate. Thank you all so much.
