Hi. I own a stationary bike and need motivation from spinners. I am so out of shape, so hopefully this group can help me get back into cycling and maybe even join a spinning class. It is a bit strenuous for me right now, but I know if I stick with it, eventually I will be fit enough to attempt to spin. Thank you for your support.
