hey, i'm Candy, 25 years and since a couple of months I've joined a spinning lesson at the gym. I really love it. I love the way you can feel you improve. In the beginning it's really difficult, but if you stick to it you can feel its easier to finish a lesson and knowing you could follow every exercise. this and a really good teacher motivates me.

Hi Eddie! Welcome to the team! I'm a married, proud papa of 3 kids. Trying to fit in our passions can be challenging, but I am always flying high when I am done. Even got the whole family digging the lifestyle. Leadership by example! LOL!

Hi my name is Eddie I am married with 4 kids under the age of 5. I run half marathons and was looking for something to crosstrain with and then I was introduced to ride class and I fell in love. I do spin 2 days a week sometimes 3 and I run 5 days a week. it is a great combination. I also do weight training 3 times a week.
