I'm 23yrs old and looking for a lifestyle change. I have been working for 2 months now to loose some weight and get my life back on track physically and nutritionally. I am a generally healthy eater, but everyone likes their junk food from time to time.
Now that I have graduated and am seeking a career i figured it would be wise to do them consecutively.
