It really sucks gaining back weight after losing it. I lost 30 lbs a few years ago and gained back 20 lbs (which is a reason I am back). Maintenance is known to be difficult, just a little extra food here, a few bad choices there, skipped workouts etc. I get it. So welcome to the team!

Welcome :) I returned to Spark after 3 years, for much the same reason. I've been back for a month, and I can report that the Good Habits are like riding a bike. I think it'll be easier for you this time around!

It's so discouraging to hear about people gaining weight back and I'm interested to know why you think that was. I keep telling myself I'm making lifestyle changes and so they will be permanent but I hear your story so often.
