It really sucks gaining back weight after losing it. I lost 30 lbs a few years ago and gained back 20 lbs (which is a reason I am back). Maintenance is known to be difficult, just a little extra food here, a few bad choices there, skipped workouts etc. I get it. So welcome to the team!

Welcome :) I returned to Spark after 3 years, for much the same reason. I've been back for a month, and I can report that the Good Habits are like riding a bike. I think it'll be easier for you this time around!
Plus, now WE'RE here to help :)
And all the strange rock and rollers You know you're doing all right So hold on to each other You gotta hold on tonight
It's so discouraging to hear about people gaining weight back and I'm interested to know why you think that was. I keep telling myself I'm making lifestyle changes and so they will be permanent but I hear your story so often.
AnywaY, WELCOME BACK and if you did it once you can do it again buddy!

I am Josh. I am really trying to lose weight. I lost 80+ pounds a year and a half ago and gained it all back, plus some. I just starting back and I want to make healthy living a permanent change. Look forward to reading your posts and interacting with all.
