thank you for the welcome everyone. swam my laps this morning. , for 90 minutes, getting over strep, my usual is 2 hours 3x a week, im workin up to it. i started working out may 27th, 2011, its huge for me, i was one never to do anything except sit on a bar stool, for real!!!! ive kept my drinking down to 1 nite a week, this will be the 3rd week!! yipeeeee, dont drink at home, im a social drinker, but basically had to decide whats more importent, loosing pounds or drinking, so im tryin to keep it at 1x a week. quit smokes 2 yrs. ago this month. i smoked 4 1/2 packs a day, quit cold turkey.
