Hi guys....I'm new to this Message Board. I found out in June, the hard way, that I am allergic to wheat flour/gluten. Then, about 6 weeks after that, this lovely pain came on for days at a time. What the heck could this be? I am eating pretty decent...snacking on almonds. If I only knew what those almonds were doing to me....well eventually I figured it out. So here I am trying to deal with both No seeds, etc, and no wheat flour/gluten! Help!
Funny thing is that I don't miss the things that I thought that I was going to miss....like pasta and pizza from the other side....but I sure do miss my almonds and popcorn!
I have to agree that this is the worst way to lose weight....ugh. I guess I "forgot" too...LOL...and ate green beans....man I was not liking the pain!
