I live in the nothern lower peninsula and like many others am ready for Spring to arrive and stay. In the midst of trying to track my nutrition and incorporate a fitness routine I realized having a buddy in this weight loss mission is what could really help me stay accountable. Being a stay at home mom has made my mission even more challenging some days.
