I joined the free biggest loser site in January, then they turned those into paid memberships as of 3/18/13. What i found out is that blogging or just communicating with others in the same boat, really helped.
So here i am. I used MyFitnessPal.com to track my calories and exercise, but like the communication on this site. So I'll try to chime in on occasion.
Trying to figure out how to put that little weight tracker widget on my profile page too...
i'm down about 25lbs since January, probably need another 25-30 so i'm about halfway to my goal. Keeping it simple here...workouts that are fun, and clean food that i enjoy. So far so good.
